Global Garden Solutions Ltd. offer delivery to all UK private household addresses. Please see the below delivery options;

48 hour Express Delivery, available on most products excluding Ex Factory Delivery products, all Apex Sheds, BMS4500, BMS4700, BMS4900 and BMS6500.

Standard 7-14 Day Delivery, available on all products excluding Ex Factory Delivery products.

Ex Factory 28 Day Delivery, available on all Suncast Elements Range, excluding BMDB1310 & BMDB3010, which are available with the above options.

All products are flat packed. Prices include delivery to U.K Mainland Private House Addresses. Surcharges for the above delivery options to certain UK Postcodes are shown on the map and explained below.

England & Wales Surcharge, for postcodes SA, NR, IP, EX, TQ, PL &TR.

Scottish Surcharge, for postcodes KW, IV, PH, AB, PA, DD, FK, KY & Offshore KA.

UK Offshore, for postcodes ZE, KW offshore, HS, BT, EIRE, IM, GY, JE & PO (Isle of Wight).

 

Please note that all times and days for delivery are estimates given in good faith. We endeavor to deliver all products from stock in any event, within 14 days. In the event this time is extended (e.g. awaiting further supplies), we will keep you informed of an expected delivery date.

In the event that there are exceptional circumstances which cause us to incur extra charges we reserve the right to apply an additional charge.

If an order is placed for delivery to an area which is subject to additional delivery charges, the order will be placed on hold and we will contact the customer (by telephone or email) to confirm the additional charges. At that point, they can choose whether to continue with the order or to cancel.

We operate a kerbside delivery service only. However we endeavor to meet all customer requirements and our team will often assist to solve any problems which may arise with delivery. For any extra requirements, kindly contact us on 0161 883 0014.

Contact is made by telephone (usually a few days prior to delivery) to make a mutually convenient appointment for us to deliver.

Upon delivery, a signature will be requested to acknowledge receipt.

In the event that the customer (or appointed agent) cannot arrange to receive the delivery, we may be able to arrange to deliver in their absence, having made such pre-arrangement to leave the delivery in a designated area. We will always requested a note of authority to be left for the delivery driver to collect.

In the exceptional event there is no one present and no note available for the driver to collect, the driver may leave the product where he deems to be a safe place. In this instance, we accept no liability for any damage resulting from leaving products in this manner.

If, in any event, a driver cannot leave the delivery at the customers requested delivery address and as a result, the goods have to be returned to the warehouse, a further charge may be incurred for delivery to be made a second time.

When items are delivered using carrier services. The driver will require a signature. Please qualify this by adding ‘NOT EXAMINED’. This will allow us to investigate a claim for the unlikely, but possible event of damages occurring from transportation.

As all of our products are shipped unassembled, i.e. flat packed, it is essential that the goods are inspected checking all the parts are present and show no sign of damage as soon as possible after receipt. In the unlikely event of a defective shipment, contact us, so that the necessary replacement parts can be actioned and sent to you. Installation should not be attempted without checking parts!
